Small items ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL or the US Postal Service.
Furniture and larger items ship via Freight and Specialty Furniture Carriers with Curbside, Threshold, and White Glove Delivery Options.
Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer free local pickup for small-parcel items in stock, and subsidized shipping rates for furniture, lighting, and rugs delivered within the continental United States as follows:

*Please note all Trade Orders, orders for delivery outside the continental USA, and other large orders that include furniture shipping from multiple manufacturers will be quoted on a project basis, and may not include the subsidies reflected in the shipping rates above.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. We will work with you to make it right if you receive an item that is damaged or defective and reported as such upon delivery.
Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. Note any damage observed on the delivery slip before signing for delivery, take photos of packaging and contents, and reject delivery of items where the packaging is severely damaged or not intact.
***Claims for missing, damaged, or defective merchandise must be filed within 2 days of delivery. After 2 days we will be unable to process your claim, as most shippers will not accept claims filed after that time period.***
Contact us if you have any questions during your delivery, and we will help you handle any issues as efficiently as possible.
Most furniture, lighting, and rugs that we offer are either made-to-order, or non-stocked and ordered specifically for you, and therefore NOT RETURNABLE unless damaged or defective and reported as such at the time of delivery.
Made-to-order and non-stocked items include all furniture, lighting, rugs, and accessories shipped directly from our manufacturers, which encompasses a majority of orders.
Please be sure to measure carefully, thoughtfully consider your purchase, and contact us for any assistance you need prior to placing your order.
You may return in-stock, small-parcel items for store credit or refund with your original receipt when returned in original (new and unused) condition within 14 days of store purchase or delivery.

For all returns, the cost of outbound shipping and return shipping are not refundable. Please ensure that your item is well-packaged to prevent damage and fully insured for return shipment.
We will issue your refund or store credit, less any associated shipping cost, within 48 hours of receiving your return
